We often are selected to construct projects as a construction manager based on our qualifications rather than through a competitive bid process.  Working under a negotiated fee arrangement, we act on our client’s behalf on an open-book basis to manage projects from the design phase through delivery of the completed project.   Under this scenario, we provide the following services:

• Pre-construction planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Formulation of complete subcontractor bid packages and thorough cost estimates
• Selection of subcontractors and subcontract preparation
• Coordination of work between client, designers, and subcontractors
• Complete oversight and management of project during construction
